Welcome to AccuMix® ("we," "us," "our"), a product of AccuMix International. By accessing or using our website at accumixfeed.com and our feed formulation software (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AccuMix® is a subscription-based, cloud-enabled feed formulation software designed for poultry, livestock, and aquaculture nutrition professionals. Features vary by subscription tier (Basic, Pro, Enterprise).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
One account per individual or organization unless otherwise agreed.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.
Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region or promotional offers.
Payment is processed through our authorized payment partners (Paddle, bank transfer, or other supported methods).
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Free Trial and Basic Plan

We may offer free trials or a limited Basic plan. At the end of a trial period, your subscription will convert to a paid plan unless canceled. The Basic plan has feature limitations as described on our pricing page.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
Share, resell, or redistribute your account access.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Upload malicious content or interfere with other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, logos, and features of AccuMix® are the property of AccuMix International. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

AccuMix® is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Any errors or inaccuracies in feed formulations produced by the software.
Losses resulting from reliance on software outputs without professional verification.
Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond our control.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you should export your data before access ends.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Oman.
